Greg
Flanagan is a public finance economist and is a Distinguished Research Fellow
with Parkland Institute, University of Alberta. He has been involved with Parkland
Institute since its inception as an advocate, a board and executive
member, and as a frequent researcher.
He
holds a MES (Political Economy and the Environment) from York University, MA
(Economics) from the University of British Columbia, and a BA (Economics) from
the University of Calgary.
Retired
from the University of Lethbridge, as Assistant Dean, Faculty of Management.
Taught and been an administrator for 30 years in the Alberta post-secondary
system.
Member
of the Canadian Economics Association.
